After everyone has enjoyed a lunch in the Marriott Hotel on Monday March 8th, Mrs Kaufmann has spoken about her career path, which gave us an insight into a really interesting profile and point of view.
She explained many important convictions in the way of management and work.
She explained how you can learn and understand about mindset and attitude from your bad adventures/experiences.
She showed a real interest to define the importance of the communication and evaluation for an efficient management system, everybody has to touch.
An other main point was coaching and then acknowledgment of work : “it’s about the heart and the head".
And everytime you want to appreciate somebody’s work, remember that no one can ever been thanked too much for his/her work.
She told, start by doing, bias for action.The leadership means “think” but above all
“do"! Moreover, if someone says no, you must know why. Do the right thing and take the high road without forgetting the core values.

And she has finished by an advice that is to be your own judge/the judge of yourself, make prints of experiences, trust your instincts and convictions and celebrate success!
