Monday, February 2nd was a busy night for French and Francophiles. While a part of the FACCSF team was listening to Philip Engelhardt, Managing Partner of PhilQuo Ventures in Redwood City, the others joined more than 200 French people at Oracle Arena in Oakland for a tense basketball match between the Golden State Warriors and the San Antonio Spurs.

The loyalties of the French community were torn between the two teams as each of them featured a French player: Tony Parker for the Spurs and Ronny Turiaf for the Warriors. The Spurs ended up by winning the game after having been dominated until the last quarter.

It was a nice opportunity to gather one more time a big part of the French community in the Bay area, thank you to all for your great support!
