* Tools for development teams: TeamALM – a collaborative suite to help software teams create software and applications more efficiently. TeamALM (or Team Application Lifecycle Management) applies innovative approaches for requirements management, test-driven development and agile project managment. It provides a lightweight, integrated solution for project management, issue tracking, source code control documentation and release and build management.
* Services for software license compliance and quality - They apply their software development expertise to help companies audit software products prior to an acquisition or OEM distribution deal or for evaluation of internal controls.

Their customers include Fortune 500 companies such as HP, Motorola, NetApp and Oracle; major ISVs such as Checkpoint Software, OpenLogic, Red Hat and Salesforce.com; and many startups. Developers are prominent contributors to the open source community including the Eclipse ATF, VE and ECF projects, the Google Summer of Code, and other major projects such as JBoss and Mozilla.

The founders are François Granade, Michael Herzog and Philippe Ombrédanne. Philippe Ombredanne is also the co-chairman of our High-Tech Committee.
