He is a Business Executive with broad U.S. and European experience in all aspects of business development as well as international sales and marketing strategy.

As founder and Chief Executive Officer of IDB Consulting, Frederic drives the operational strategy of the company, with a focus on establishing IDB as an independent global consulting firm specialized in Data Management.

IDB Consulting (Intelligence- Data Base Consulting) is now a renowned global Data Management expert with a strong focus on data base design and administration, data warehouse, ETL, BI and enterprise reporting. IDB provides high level expertise ranging from application development and project management, to technical staff augmentation services with a proven in-depth vertical industry knowledge in the banking and pharmaceutical markets. The strong and committed partnerships with the technology leaders (IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, BusinessObjects, Cognos, Informatica, …) enable IDB to provide high value added complex solutions to various worldwide customers while preserving its specialized skills.

IDB has been incorporated in 1995, and has today 85 employees worldwide with a 30% annual growth.
